Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Hand-painted or made-to-order pieces may take 5 to 10 business days.

Yes. You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be in production, packaged, or shipped.

If your cancellation request is approved before your order ships, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Once shipped, delivery to most U.S. addresses typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on USPS and location.
